About Our Programming

At On Deck Circle, we believe baseball should be fast-paced, inclusive, and confidence-building.

Our Quickbaseball format keeps players constantly engaged, eliminating downtime, boredom, and embarrassment. Every game incorporates essential elements of baseball within a structured time framework that increases physical activity while reinforcing fundamentals.

Players learn by playing.

Through game-based instruction, participants develop:

  • Fielding, throwing, and catching skills

  • Game awareness and baseball IQ

  • Confidence through repetition and success

  • Leadership and teamwork

  • A lifelong love of the game

Our programs are led by trained On Deck Circle staff who combine coaching expertise with positive youth development principles. We don’t just teach skills — we build character, cooperation, and community.

Willard Elementary OST Baseball Program

Free Quickbaseball for students in the after-school program.

Each participant receives:

  • T-shirt

  • Bat & ball set

  • Hat & baseball cards

  • Annual Field Day experience

Our signature four-week community program.

Includes: On-site coaching, Breakfast & snacks, Bat & ball set for every child, All equipment provided

Summer Camps
